Problem
Teknopark İstanbul required one mobile product that could bring together employee access, campus services, reservations, transport, announcements, events and operational requests while remaining connected to the organization's existing corporate systems. The scope also included a web-based management portal so authorized teams could manage content, workflows, approvals and reporting without a separate operational tool.
Solution
Dotnet Turkey delivered the project end to end across analysis, UX/UI design, mobile development, enterprise integration, test, deployment, documentation and support. The solution combines the iOS and Android application with API-based services and a web CMS. The mobile product covers campus access and PDKS history, visitor invitations, ring and shuttle information, meeting-room and campus-area reservations, company directory, events, advantages, notifications, help-desk requests, campus menus, bicycle services and other day-to-day campus functions.
Mobile interface
Selected production screens show how campus content, services, reservations and day-to-day modules are brought together in one mobile experience.

Home and announcements
Campus content, announcements and quick-access actions.

Media and content feed
Podcast, video, social media and Teknopark content.

Campus services
Ring, bicycle, vehicles, charging, visitors and reservation workflows.

Module hub
Benefits, events, PDKS, shuttle, companies, orientation, menu, map and support.

Technical scope
Architecture and enterprise integration
- The architecture separates the interface, business-logic and data-access layers and isolates critical functions such as user management, notifications and analytics as services.
- The mobile application exchanges data with corporate systems through API / web-service integrations, including Ar-Ge Portal and systems used for access, PDKS, transport and parking-related workflows.
- Offline operation is part of the architecture: data can be cached locally and synchronized after connectivity returns with idempotent processing and conflict-resolution rules.
Mobile and campus-service scope
- User and profile management, company directory, event announcements, individual and corporate advantages, targeted notifications and bilingual Turkish / English UI.
- Meeting-room and campus-area reservations, plate and parking workflows, shuttle / ring registration and route tracking, surveys and help-desk tickets.
- PDKS entry / exit history and QR workflows, visitor invitations, orientation, campus menus, bicycle reservation, social feed and short-form Teknopark Story content.
Engineering and operations requirements
- CI/CD with automated unit, integration and end-to-end tests, code-quality gates, pull-request review and API documentation integrated into delivery.
- Security requirements include TLS 1.2+ for data in transit, encrypted sensitive data on-device, authentication / authorization integration and periodic application-security testing.
- Operational engineering includes observability, crash reporting, service logging, performance and load testing, backup objectives and controlled releases across staging and production environments.
